We know that times are scary and uncertain for many, and we want to ensure you that here at RVA Glass we’re doing everything in our power to keep our customers safe. Due to the nature of our business, and since we are deemed as “essential,” RVA Glass has been able to stay fully functional during the Covid-19 outbreak. Even though many folks aren’t driving as often as usual right now, it is still important to maintain the good health of your car to ensure your own safety.
Luckily, given the model of our business and the fact that we’re a mobile repair service, we already come to you, which means that you don’t have to leave your home to have your windshield repaired or replaced! This can be ultra convenient for those who lead busy lives with jam packed schedules, because we’re happy to visit your home or office and do the replacement while you go about your normal day, saving you the time and hassle of going to a shop, waiting in line and sitting around. Our mobile service feature is even more relevant and important now, given that experts are encouraging folks to not leave their house unless they must, so you can stay safely inside while we do the work.
Any windshield repair or replacement already lends itself to safe distancing, as you don’t need to be anywhere in close proximity while we get the work done. RVA Glass is also happy to offer safe, no-contact payments via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or CashApp! Just let us know in advance what type of payment method you prefer and we’ll be sure to work something out. We can, as usual, take Square payments with a credit or debit card over the phone.
Additionally, we are committed to wearing a mask while interfacing with our customers, as well as using hand sanitizer before we begin. Finally, we wipe down your car steering wheel, dash, and other hard surfaces with a disinfectant spray once we’re done. Interior car exposure is minimal during a windshield replacement, however these safety procedures will help ensure we are being as thorough as possible about minimizing any potential cross contamination.
